Cancellations
Contrary to recent trends, our practice continues to not charge for missed appointments. With the complexity of insurance today, a great deal of time goes into preparing for your appointment. Please let us know at least on day ahead of time if you need to cancel to help minimize the cost in preparing for your appointment. It is the policy of the practice to sever relationships with our patients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule and fail to keep their scheduled and rescheduled appointments. We feel frequent cancellations and missed appointments adversely affect your patient care.
