Payments
We accept and are contracted
with most insurance plans. When you call to
schedule an appointment, we will ask you for your
insurance information. Your insurance coverage
will be verified prior to your office visit and
we will be able to discuss your financial
responsibility at your visit.
We do require that the financial responsibility as determined by your insurance carrier to be your copay be paid at the time of service. This includes commercial carriers, health plans, Medicare and other governmental programs. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express as methods of payment.
