Dr. Stein's personal philosophy is to give back the knowledge he has accumulated. Besides being on various speaker bureaus that support the increased awareness and the education of other physicians, Dr. Stein has edited a nationally acclaimed book on Inflammatory Bowel Disease, re-written patient brochures on Chrohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis for CCFA and has served in leadership positions for organizations focused on helping patients adjust o and cope with their diseases.
